Due to the ignorance of the channel's actual owner, syscem, I am now turning to the YouTube copyright system to take action. Those voice messages and brand kit remain my copyright; I gave no authorization to have them distributed online or modified using AI (of which syscemistry has done both of), which puts me in a lawful position to file a takedown request, which I have done effective 22:00 GMT. However long it takes for YouTube to take action is syscemistry's final chance to stand down and delete the channel.
Recently, individuals like syscenistry, Calibrat_o, realsunsett and SilverJetes had placed several unfounded allegations against me. These allegations are. related but not limited to, me posting quote-on-quote Yuri on my Plumacore feed, breaking the Suno TOS, and apparently, exposing minors to people such as Vistabun and Nathorix (Natashreo). Since they wont hear me out, here is my side here:
1. The so called Yuri they are mentioning here is a SFW Umamusume PrettyDerby fanart. I withdrew my repost not long after given how much harassment it was giving me. Both characters of the art were in a SFW position, doing SFW things, completely invalidating their claims of me exposing minors to Yuri.
2. I have not broken the Suno TOS, this allegation came with not proof behind it and they pulled it up regardless. I can reassure you all that I pay for a Suno Pro license to distribute my songs into streaming platforms, and it is paid for on the 15th of each month.
3. They are claiming that my mental health breakdowns are all fake - this is not true and I have several whitnesses to back me up; I've been known to have severe issues with my mental health over an extended timeline. The impersonation channel has now started posting audios of my breakdowns as music generated with Suno, which is the most sickening thing that you can do to someone with an actively declining mental state.
4. I have never directly exposed any minor to either Natashreo or Vistabun. I very recently cut them off after the situation back in mid-June went down, not to mention the peer pressure I recieved from SilverJetes and his team before my original cut-off back in April.
As a result of all of these allegations, I have decided to take an indefinite hiatus from basically everything outside of Plumacore, Bluesky, Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp, with the possibility of slow messages over the coming weeks - this is not what I want to do, but unfortunately calibrat_o and his team leave me no further choice before it actually turns into me committing suicide. The DLR video I had planned originally has now been cancelled and will not be released anymore, because shooting and editing it will only damage my state further. At this time however, I'm unsure about AI music. I'm expected to continue using my Suno subscription, but I'm unsure from here on out if I'll continue it or not.
